Annual-Use License - The Spirit is Moving: A Jazz Liturgy of Renewal

$150.00 every 12 months

By purchasing this music license for The Spirit is Moving: A Jazz Liturgy of Renewal the licensee agrees to the terms and conditions of the license agreement outlined below. This subscription purchase authorizes the license holder for the following rights and responsibilities.

  1. Licensee is authorized for the use of the composed music for public performance of The Spirit is Moving: A Jazz Liturgy of Renewal. This includes the use of all musician parts and images for use with congregational singing (bulletin images and words and music for screen projections). The licensee is authorized for use of this music for public performance on any date in the year following this purchase. Subscription may be canceled at any time and license will remain in effect to the end of the purchased year.

  2. License begins on the date of purchase and continues until the date of renewal on the same date the following year.

  3. This music may be used as part of live-streaming for a single worship service or event within the date range established by this purchase.

  4. Reference recordings for The Spirit is Moving: A Jazz Liturgy of Renewal may be used for the purpose of learning the music, but are not allowed for synchronization with visual media or online streaming express permission from Jon Ailabouni.

  5. The license holder may only use this license for one site/location which must be designated on the contact form included as part of this purchase.

  6. The license holder is not permitted to extend this license to others.

  7. The license fee is $50.00 for a single-event or worship service.

  8. Attribution: Please include the following music credits in the bulletin or on a slide projected in worship:

    • The Spirit is Moving: A Jazz Liturgy of Renewal by Jon Ailabouni is used with permission. Published by Jon Ailabouni Music (ASCAP).

  9. Permission to modify or arrange the music must be granted by Jon Ailabouni

  10. Jon Ailabouni affirms that he is the music creator and copyright holder for the music included in The Spirit is Moving: A Jazz Liturgy of Renewal.

  11. Jon Ailabouni reserves the right to terminate the agreement with notice in writing to the licensee.
